THE RULE OF LAW

Mike Reiss is reporting for the Boston.com that Bill Belichick will not be suspended. But will give up their 2008 first-rounder WHEN the club makes the playoffs. Belichick and the team have also been fined like that is a big freakin’ deal. So it looks like the Pats will ONLY have the 49ers first-rounder and one extra third round pick (the Raiders). The Pats will be fine.
