Why was Matt Harvey not selected at 114? The Sox could have had gotten a first-round talent in the fourth. It only would have cost them cash. Harvey was ranked 14th overall by Keith Law, Brewerfan.com, Jonathan Mayo, and Kevin Goldstein had him at 13th. What gives Jason and Theo?
