AN EB AND FLOW
As much as I love Patriots Day - any day when it is socially acceptable to start drinking and watching the Sox before noon is a good day in my book - when you’re not partaking in the festivities of the Marathon, then it sucks. It is a working Monday, but what makes it doubly $hitty is that Murph, Sully, and your other buddies are three sheets to the wind partying on Boylston at 2 PM today and you are working on the cover sheets to those damn TPS reports. Unfortunately, after missing my second straight Marathon Monday, I'm starting to deal with the torment, but not this feeling that the Sox season hasn't started yet. It is the relatively cold weather, the three day games that necessitated DVRing two and Gamecasting for another, and attending my first game at Fenway without a free parking spot, pre-game at PJs and of course my crew. Fortunately, it is only a matter of time before the weather warms to the point where the windows will be open, so all my neighbors can hear my yell at the T.V. between the weekday hours of seven and ten.

* If the Astros and Giants falter, look for Andy Pettitte and Jason Schmidt to be on Theo's mid-season to-do list along with Clemens.
* It is nice to have Nixon back because Pena is a joke in right. Two DHs in the outfield tries my patience. Pena is project.
* The biggest joke is Wade Boggs pimping some kind of hair restoration product in these new video ads in Fenway. Boggs is tool.
