ABOUT LAST NIGHT
The greatest game I have ever seen. Even though our seats were partially obstructed, we could see both the batter and the pitcher so they were fine. We lucked out because the folks in front and to my left took off to stand after the first. Plus, we saw the two foot tall entertainer/good lucky charm. Good times.
It is easy for me to say now, but I had little doubt that the Sox were going to win last night once Millar got on. The Sox know they can hit Rivera. He does not mentally beat our nine.
A few comments that might get a lot of print, before I head into town for tonight's game (centerfield bleachers to watch Petey dominate the MFY): 1) Tito managed a hell of a game, 2) Foulke was awesome, 3) Damon's big at-bat against Gordon made Torre go with Quantrill, 4) Myers has to throw strikes; he should own Matsui, 5) I LOVE IT WHEN YOU CALL ME BIG POPPI!
