Curt Schilling is going to pitch in 2008. This is not real news. According to Baseball Prospectus, Schilling is projected to be 3.4 wins above replacement level over 153.5 innings, which equates to a salary of $8.425. PECOTA is conservative, in general, and a one-year deal at $10 million for Schilling is reasonable. The deal should get done before Opening Day.
The big news is that Scarlett Johansson will be coming to Cambridge! Where do I sign up to be a gay entertainment red carpet reporter?
